no gas chap, no dripping or leaking taps turned off isolating valve on cold inlet to test for that

I was not there but was told that a fuse had blown and all the power to the building was off , not sure if it was connected to the boiler or not , you would have thought that only the fuse in the fused spur had blown if so

1. Turn off all hot taps.
2. Turn off CH.
3. Get a helper to stand by a hot tap.
4. Turn on CH - check that burner ignites and observe the height of the flames.
5. Get helper to open a hot top - observe the effect on the flames.

If flames don't change, then suspect the PCB or the DHW gas valve solenoid.

To test the latter, turn off electrical supply to the boiler, get someone competent to remove the casing, disconnect the GV, and measure the resistance. Please post the measurement here.

Also, carefully re-energise the boiler, turn on a hot tap, and measure the voltage to the DHW GV soleniod. Please post the measurement here.
