Potterton Supreme He - red light but no green

Hi,
I have a Potterton Supreme He. The red light is on but no green lights. I have tried to reset it by turning the knob but the red light does not turn off. Any advice please?

No. Just the red light is solid. It has been for 3 days now

It is linked to a smart thermostat which disconnectedit self from the Internet. But its back online now. I dont know if that has anything to do with it.

No nothing to do with it. It’s locked out possibly due to an air proving situation, which will need a gas safe registered engineer
