Boiler kept locking out, changed main circuit board, as in manual but still locks out

Anybody got any clues

I think my first point of call would be electrode leads and spark gap and a check on the overheat stat...have you got a multimeter?

COULD be several things ! You need a boiler engineer. Or of course you could carry on changing things until it works. All such work would be done incompetently, illegally, and possibly be dangerous. S 120's are extremely sensitive to system design and installation too.
