Have a 4 year old potterton suprima with an annoying problem. Started by a time delay of about 30 mins for bolier to switch on when advance button pressed or switched to permanently on (came on fine with timer initially.) Now when timed to come on boiler lights up for up to 5 minutes then switches off (although house freezing) red light ON permanently green light OFF, it then take up to 1 hour to come back on (same for advance button etc.) Have checked thermostat, this seems ok (also had thermostat and programmer replaced 2 years ago) Any ideas? Loathed to call out a repairman at present, as not really broken!
