My potterton suprima 60 boiler was moved upward 6 feet about 3 years ago (due to a garage conversion) and has been fine.
But last week the bleed nipple above the boiler (left pipe) loosened and caused a minor flood.
I tightened the bleed nipple and left the boiler a couple of days (to dry out)

When I restarted the boiler, it heated the water up for about 1 minute then pipes clanked and the red light flashed.

The (right) pipe above the boiler was full of air, which I bled, then I restarted the boiler after half an hour.

I repeated the above procedure about 10 times, but each time the pipe fills with air.

Any help appreciated.

Where's the pump relative to the boiler?
If you really did bleed out all the air in the system when you refilled it afgter repair, it sounds like you've got a major air leak which lets air INTO the pipework as soon as the pump starts
