Potterton Suprima 70 won't start. LED flashes RED rapidly (3 times per sec). Current PCB is 5111604 (its 3rd one in its lifetime).
1. Does the PCB give the reason for the lockout? I have no manual for this PCB & cannot find one online.
2. A few days prior to lockout the boiler was making a lot more noise than normal. I was not sure if it was the fan or some electrically induced hum.
3. How could I diagnose the fault? (I have a good range of standard DIY tools, incl electric meter, but nothing specialist for boilers).
