Power Cleaning Decking

My decking is made from pressure treated wood - I don't believe it's hardwood. It's in need of a good clean-up and I want to use a power spray on it.
Is this OK to do ? I'm concerned that in some way I might weaken/dilute the benefits of having pressure treated wood.
All advice greatly welcome.

Pressure washer it clean and in dry weather apply a coat of decking oil, NOT COLOUR!
