Power Cord wiring question

Hi,

Need to wire a C13 (female) Euromain / IEC Cold Connector (sometimes wrongly called a Kettle lead) onto a standard cable.

Which way around do the live and neutral go? IE looking from the top which the cover off. Earth is in the middle (higher up)
The plug has no markings on it for neutral and live.

Looking at the front, the wiring will be the same as when facing the front of a standard 13A socket. From the top with the cable grip nearest you the wiring will be L - E - N from left to right.
