Relatively quiet relative to what? In my experience they are all noisy!
If you want reliability and good customer back-up you can't go wrong with Aqualisa, their Aquastream bolts to the shower wall. For those with more DIY savvy the Quartz model seems unsurpassed (to date). They're pricey, but you only spend it once.
