I have recently bought a flat around 2 years old with a PowerMax 155 installed within it.
After undertaking some diagnosis on the CH system as it wasn’t working, the CH pump was found not to be working and thus it needed to be changed. Trying to isolate the inline valves top and bottom of the pump these valves leaked from the stems, so I need to drain the system, which I have done from a radiator.
Having replaced the offending pump and valves, I now need to re-pressurise the system …………..will the system automatically vent it’s self?
