Help or advice please.
My friend has a pre fabricated concrete garage which he erected in the early 90s. He did not apply for PP. He now wants to build an extension to his house. His worry is that if he gets the planning people over they will start investigating his prefab garage. Will they tell him to knock it down or ask for retrospective PP before considering his new extension.
The existing garage is a double, 50m2 within 5metres of the house and 2metres of adjacent property.
