Prepping wall for tiling

setting up an en suit at the moment. Mostly I have dot and dab plasterboard (the greenstuff) with additional fixings to ensure its fixed firmly.

But one wall is literally to uneven to board onto (not without the boards coming out passed the door frame.

It's a brick wall, fairly uneven and old. Would it be safe to use bonding to level the wall out, let it dry, then use a tile primer/tanking sealer then tile straight onto that?

It is best practice to at least do a finish coat over the basecoat, prior to tiling, then prime according to the tile adhesive you use, not all adhesive require priming (most do), so check out the MI.
