pressure power stopcock solve problems or make them?

decided to install an island with sink. - we have a new replacement main coming in to the floor void.

wondering where to install stop cock? the old one is obsolete.

we'd literally be coming up above board level just to have stop cock

there is an wall I could have a flap in the skirting some how under a cupboard

else there's this pressure powered stop cock? means dont have to faff bringing up 22mm

good stopcock for longevity/ ease of use is what we're after.

You're still supposed to be able to access it in case the remote switch fails, and it's quite restrictive inside so it could affect your mains performance
