Hi, Everyone:
First time in this forum as I am a first timer plumbing DIY as well. I was trying to do the basic service and check by myself for the first year Megaflo CL170HE. It was a bad attempt . I may have damaged the pressure reducing valve cartridge. Basically, I took it out and cleaned the strainer. For some stupid reason, I have turned the screw on top of cartridge several rounds although it doesn't seem be a screw. Now when I refit the cartridge back, water starts to leak from the end. Is this a sign that I have damaged the cartridge? That is only thing I have toughed so far. Will a replacement fixes the problem? Any suggestion greatly appreciated!
