Hi chaps, do you guys have a sq'm price you charge to supply and fit new tiles etc. How do you price the job?

there are lots of factors. access, logistics, roof style (hipped, dormer, gable, etc), type of roof tile (slate, plain, concrete interlocking), time of year, whether the hips are bonnet or ridge, roof vents, etc etc.....
Just had my roof re_tiled, with new facia bords and new guttering. we live in Lancashire, the prices are diferent all over the country. I have the prices in a topic I posted on haer, titled [A new roof tilled. Just 2 questions] You may like to look, it could give you an idea! we had 600 tiles fitted altogether.
