i live in a terrace house in swansea, i have a stone wall 7m long, 2mhigh and a foot wide running down my garden and a 5m long 1.8 and a foot wide again im also have a old breezeblock shed 1m by 3m. I want this all taken down, there is no access to my garden so it has to go through my house and new breeze block walls built the same height along with a new shed and roof. Obviously all the materials will have to be walked through my house to get them to the back garden too, Ive been quoted £3000 for this and a further 1500 materials. Does this sound like a reasonable offer? Any help appreciated
