pricing calculator?

ive just come across a pricing calculator for plastering, the premise being that the punter can see what its likely to cost, by providing the room sizes and a couple of other options... i.e. new ceiling, remove old plaster etc

what struck me the most was how low the prices were, is it just me that thinks this calculator is a bit off, a tad over optomistic... for example

a 4m x 3m room, average height with 1 window, 1 door

ceiling skim £86
skim all walls £165
total for room £251

i wont post the name of the website in case it breaks forum rules, but you should be able to find it quite easily with a quick google

thanks for reply, so using that i can see that the price difference is over £100 straight away.. and this is what i mean, the pricing tools for the general public, rough cost or not, seem to undervalue by quite alot.

I would keep away from these calculators. Prices vary from time to time and place to place.
