Need around 250-300 sq mtrs , walls and ceilings skimmed, mainly new plasterboard [around 85%] and some original walls which will be primed and ready. What kind of m2 price can I expect NW Kent.? Have been quoted between £6 and £10 m2 so far.

It not my region, but I generally get more than £10 per s/m.
I also factor in difficulty of area being plastered and if obstruction are present.
So anything lower than that to me, would be an OK price providing the standard/quality of work is acceptable.
