PRIMA inset double oven problem

Hi, new to the forum,
I have a PRIMA LPR 9030 oven, when I try to turn it on I turn the function knob to the first fan setting, it should the let me press OK BUTTON AND IT POWERS UP, but what is actually happening is that there is a message on the display _ _ _ C and nothing happens.
Tried the usual switch off for 30 secs but no joy.

Please help I'm starving.
