Does anyone know the difference between a neoprene primer (fball P131) and an acrylic one (setcrete)

I have an Epoxy DPM which I blinded with sand (admittedly not enough). The fball 131 has a YouTube video which shows it being rolled straight onto a shiny epoxy floor so this looks best for my needs. It seems hard to come by these days and the acrylic one says it’s good for non porous surfaces.

Thanks Dazlight, I rang f-ball earlier and was put through to the technical dept. I was advised that either product would do the job so I went for the acrylic. Kitchen is fitted on Tuesday so I’m in a bit of a hurry!

Cheers! Literally just finished. This is the second attempt. I had to hack up a layer of self level that didn’t take because I didn’t prime the epoxy. It was well stuck and really tough to get off where the sand/epoxy was roughest but i just didn’t put enough sand on so it was still glossy in patches. My bad.
