Hi all. In my kitchen I've got white ceramic tiles that have been painted red. The paintwork is rubbish, peels off in places. My question is, do I need to strip all the paint off each tile before I prime them, or will I get away with using an electric sander and then cleaning and priming? Thanks.

Paint on tiles does that, unfortunately, it peels off.
So even if I go to the effort of removing all the paint it'll be pointless? I may aswell just sand it and prime then paint. To be honest that's the outcome I was hoping for.
