Priming concrete roof tiles??

The vertical tiles on the upstairs of my house have previously been painted with tile red paint, it is all flakey, so I've wire brushed most of it off.
I want to prime the tiles so this don't happen again in the future......what would you recommend?

Never paint roof tiles, roofs tiles are roof tiles. At most, scrape the moss off. If you want to knacker them, pressure wash and paint them.
