Bedroom with walls of 2 different colour old emulsion, after stripping wallpaper.
!'ve done quite a lot of filling, sanded well and washed down.
So I have patches of white filler, old blue (looks like eggshell emulsion) and old beige with some patches of blue beneath.
Will be finished with matt greyish emulsion.
Question is, do I need to apply a primer (if so what?) on all the walls or just where patched with filler?
Or thin the first coat of emulsion prior to further coats?
Thanks
