problem with a alpha he33 combi

boiler blowing fuses found fault on wireing to boiler fixed that now boiler fan and pump runing akll time and not firing up runs when switch dial on front to off neon b flashes every 5 seconds pleas help i think main pcb but pointers would help thanks

it was some dodgy wiring from a extension lead to a socket
