problem with fridge freezer

Hi all

I purchased an integrated 70/30 fridge freezer (diplomat i think) from mfi about 4years ago.

Seems to have a problem where sometimes its working and other times it not. At present the freezer is cold (ice) but the fridge is not.

Any ideas what this could be?
