I'm a civilian not a professional so be gentle !
Our heating system is controlled by 6, V1.0 mains Heatmiser thermostats.
Our problem started about 6 months ago and coincided with leak we had from the bathroom that caused a power outage
Two of the thermostats completely blacked out . We changed one with a new V.2 and it works fine
The thing is, the other one occasional comes back to life. Now a third one has started playing up. Completely went blank , but occasionally comes back to life.
I read the problem can be with the RF signal , so I bought a Neo Plug which I believe boosts the signal. No difference !
I have tried rebooting the Neo Hub. - No difference.
As the problem occurred after a power cut , I tried turning off the fuse to the thermostats as a reboot, and now I have a fourth thermostat that has gone blank
Heatmiser wont help as we have had the system for over 5 years and the installer is useless in coming back to me, even though I'm willing to pay
Thanks in advance
