Problem with Honeywell HCW80

Hi everyone

We recently moved house and our new home has a honeywell HCW80 linking to a Honeywell HC60NG. When i move the dial up to 15c, the HCW80 flashes red around 7 times then goes off. if i move the dial past 20c the red light stays on for 2 seconds and then goes off which then turns the rads on.

The problem is that the radiators stay on until i have to move the dial back to 0c to which it flashes again and turns off the boiler. The thermostat shows no sign of it reaching the temperature on the dial and turning of the boiler.

I have done a reset on both units and changed the battery on the HCW80 but still have this issue.

Reset both units again and then re pair them. follow these instructions to the letter and you should get the thermostat working properly again

I just gave that a go but it still does not work. It picks up the signal again with the receiver but still getting the lights issue.
