Problem with Honeywell ST6400

Hi All,

I have a Honeywell st6400c controller running into an Amptec Electric boiler. Nothing overly complicated - standard Y Plan heating and hot water (via a thermal store). However - since changing the hotwater/heating programmes since the clocks changed - it now no longer 'calls' the boiler. It will only work when set to 'constant'. I have triple checked the timings/programme (the HW 'on' light on the ST6400 does come on - but no call light on the boiler).

Can anyone please shed some light on why this maybe occurring?

Have you got an off before the on.

Is it set for 24 hr or 12hr.

Check the programs for AM and PM, quite a common problem.

Hi doitall - thanks for the reply. The prog settings are (all 7 days) - pretty sure it's 24hr setup:

on: 05.30
off: 07:00

on: 13:00
off: 14:30

on: 22:00
off: 23:30

I'm away for a few days and will fiddle around when i get back.
