Problem with Ideal Icos

I have just fitted an Ideal Icos 18HE boiler, when the boiler lights up it goes with an explosion when the main burner lights.

Any ideas?

get on to the manufacturer (quoting your reg no) its under warranty

this boiler sounds like it was not commisioned and needs set up.

boiler needs an engineer to commission it

Yes I am corgi regesitered, I have check the gas pressure which is what I though the problem might, be. It was fine, but there is no way of altering it anyway is there?

if you did the job by the book get the b*ggers out to sort it

I have had this with 3 I fitted this year. On all of them it was the ignition lead not pushed in tight onto the ignition probe.

Black rubber connection to the right of the heat exch.
