It started off in plumbing, but now I think it is electrical.

Bob, I have printed off your posted wiring diagrams to have a look at, at forst glance No1 is correct, the one on the left of the screen as you look at it with no red blobs on it.

I'm off to bed now, but will take a proper look in the morning before my first meeting.
