I have just changed a fan over on a halstead ace high boiler! when fitted and closed up ready to run everything runs bar the ignition firing up! if you take combustion chamber cover off boiler ignites straight away! can anybody help or give advice!!!!!

The fact that it runs with the front case removed suggests air flow,.......... fault.Removing front cover is pro work,but i guess you know that.
