Problems with my Biasi 24se

Hope someone can offer me some advise here. Just moved into a new flat a week ago and my biasi 24se combo was working fine, hot water wise. i have not used the c/h yet.
Yesterday it just stoppped working - no light, no fan, no nothing. i tried to re-ignite but nothing happened .... ????
Pls could anybody offer suggestions on what i need to do to kick-start it (without calling anybody out!)

Addition: The pressure is fine i think - on bar 1

Raise pressure a tadge (to say 1. bar) just in case. Check that electricity supply to boiler is on. Have you got a manual? If not, try Biasi.

Think the pressure is already on 1 - will check elecricity supply when i get back home.
