Product for expansion joint

can anyone recommend a product that I can use for expansion joints please and where stocks it ?
I’m putting a concrete slab/garage floor down between mine and my neighbors house so am looking to protect both properties and the slab from cracking

In that case you just need a construction joint. Polythene or cardboard.

Builders yard will have sheets of polystyrene.
