programable room stat and y plan

Hi all
Wonder if anyone could give me some advice? How would you wire a programmable room stat with y plan set up. Would i have to keep programmer and wire com on stat in series with central heating on on programmer and n/o on stat to white on mid position valve? the only problem is that would have to have ch on programmer on all the time. or is there another way of by passing programmer? cheers

Simply connect the rf stat to the same points as the current stat.
You will have to keep the timer to ch constant, as you cannot remove the timer due to the dhw needs.

If you want to bypass the CH side of the old programmer, just move the wire from the CH ON terminal to the L terminal of the old programmer. If you are installing a wireless programmable stat you will also need a neutral; you may have this already on your old stat.
