Hi,
I am extending a radiator circuit across to a new radiator. The only route to it is to run the new copper flow and returns beneath the existing floor. The floor is simply exiting flags laid on the earth. I would like to obviously insulate them and protect them. It is a very old property. There is no roof 'void' available.
I am thinking of forming a channel in the earth and wrapping the pipes in Denso tape, then insulating with black foam pipe insulation.
Would anyone have any other alternative suggestions? Or am I on the right lines?
Many thanks
