pug 306 heater problem

i have a t reg pug 306 1600, as i turn the blowers on there is nothing happening, im not sure if its the fan motor or the switch how can i find out where the fault is, is their a way i can test them

you need a test lamp or multimeter to check for power at the blower motor,are all the fuses ok?
it could be anything from a faulty switch,relay or resistor pack if it has one

check the wiring at the motor end as ive seen them burn out before

ive checked the fuses replaced the control panel and run the blower motor straight off the battery which run fine, the cable ends look ok too, where is the relay/resistor located?
