pull cord switch

Hi this is a pull cord switch and broken, i dont know if you can tell me but is it a 1 or 2 way also there is a light and extractor fan that runs from it

what should i get

in the pic it looks like one red goes into one terminal and it looks like a red and a yellow in the other terminal does that sound right (what is yellow) what will it say on the new switch where the wires go so for example red and the yellow go in ? and the red on its own goes in ?

You must keep the same red connected to the yellow.

ok so does it matter what terminal what will it say on there for the red and yellow to go in

It'll be

L1, L2, L3 or
C, L1, L2 or
L, L1, L2 or
C, 1way, 2way

Connect to the first two, doesn't matter which way round.
