Pulsing shower

Hi, have a triton t80i shower and just fitted new shower head, noticed that water pulses instead of constant flow so put back old head and still does the same. Didn't notice if done this before as just moved in.... would anybody know how to stop this..

sounds like a faulty stabiliser valve
