Puma Combi boiler leaking blue/green liquid

Hi,
I am hoping someone will be able to tell me what the blue greeen liquid is that is leaking from the bottom right hand side of my puma combi boiler. Any ideas what's wrong with the boiler? How to fix it? Both the hot water and central heating seem to be working fine.
