I seem to have a problem with my hot water and central heating. Sometimes it seems imposible to get the boiler to kick into action unless I turn the pump onto full speed. Sometimes I have to turn it right down and then back up again for the boiler to work.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is this enough details?

Thankyou

Sorry I dont know the make of the boiler

You turn on the hot water or CH but nothing will happen, the boiler will not start. After you turn the pump speed down and up you will hear water flowing and the bolier will decide to light.

Nothing has been done recently, although I do have a problem wih the motorised valve, it seems to pick and choose when it wants to make an annoying clicking sound.

Had the problem for a few weeks as now

Why on earth do you not know the make of the boiler in your own house?
