Hi
Looking for some advice with my shower. It is pumped and feed from mains (I think) and hot water tank. It was installed about 5 years and has worked without problem until recently (so assuming plumber did good job and this is parts getting old & tired).
Over last couple of weeks it has started running cold mid shower. It will then run cold until I use again that evening or next morning.
Plenty of hot water from taps - so not running out of water.
Pump still runs and no strange noises.
Did this once before and was solved by reducing thermostat on hot water tank, ie colder hot water shower ran fine (hasn't been changed recently but with the days getting warmer....)
Any advice:
could it be too hot hot water?
could it be pump failing?
could it be thermostatic valve failing? or
could it be something completely different?
Cheers
