Push fit copper pipe connectors

Hi,
I am planning on redoing my bathroom and installing a shower, which will involve a lot of new copper pipe needing to be installed. I have seen these push fit connectors in the local DIY store.

Are they any good? The shower I am looking to install is a thermostatic mixer shower, possibly with a pump (not sure yet!). I am worried that a pump would make these push fit connection come off.

It says the mamimum operating pressure is 16bar. Could a pump generate this amount of pressure?

If the shower pump generates 16 bar pressure it will skin you alive anyway, so a joint coming apart might save you from serious injury.
