Push-fit white overflow to solvent white overflow

I got some Wicked white push-fit as I need to change the run of the overflow from my F&E and cold tank.

On examination I see the old stuff is solvent-weld. It has something in tiny orange print along the side that I ca't make out.

Can I join them, or must I rip out all the old stuff?

If you want to join them you'll probably find a speedfit 22mm straight coupler will do the trick, ive used them before and they tighten down quite nicely on the overflow if they are slightly different sizes, as long as the old stuff is no bigger than 22mm.
