Hi all,
First of I have been reading this forum for a long time I think it has been the most useful resource all the way through my project.
The problem I have is I have recently installed a IKEA kitchen complete with two stacks of three draws. I have always intended to have push release mechanisms with all the draws and cupboards. I was hoping to use the IKEA push reassesses (design for use on there storage units) but they will only work on the cupboards. They don’t have the push to get past the soft closers on the draws.
I have looked at the following products.
http://www.woodfit.com/product_info...ts_id=316&Name=Mini+Automatic+Latch+-+2+piece
http://www.acsissling.com/acatalog/push_open_drawer_slides.html
http://www.catchesandlatches.co.uk/details.php?product=1203
Has anyone tried this before ? Should I return the draw mechanisms and buy the more expensive system or can I make it work.
Any advise welcome.
Many thanks
