Pushfit leaking -How to convert to Solvent Weld?

Hi All

Got a 32mm waste from a basin that is leaking from only the centre part where it bends/dips.

It leaves the wall in pushfit and down to a strap.

I want to replace it with solvent weld if possible but I’m not sure what will fit from the bend outlet to the boss/strap.

Can I pull the elbow off exiting the wall where it exits, clean it and glue an elbow 32mm SW elbow?

If so and I run a bit of SW pipe/new clips do I have to alter the spigot?

New rubber or spigot complete?

Ps. - I will secure the soil and perhaps post again about the 40mm from the bath lower down that dies not leak!!

Push fit and solvent aren't directly compatible; you'll need a converting coupler or compression fitting

+ solvent pipe, elbow, glue and clips. Possibly improvised clip spacers.

Just change it to a McAlpine compression and paint the external fittings with an oil based paint may make it easier. As suggested, pushfit pipe can't be solvent welded.

If you want to change it all to solvent weld, you would need to change the pipe coming through the wall too and do the transition within the bathroom.
