Hi,
We are replacing a c.2003 rear conservatory in a 1930s semi, with an extension on the same footprint. This is about 0.5m from the boundary with our attached neighbour. The size is 5.1m from back of house x 5.3m wide
As a bit of investigation has shown that the foundations are 75cm deep and about 60cm wide, these are considered sufficient to build an extension once we demolish to DPC level (d/w with council BR, but subject to rubber stamping).
Do I need to think about the PWA?
