Pyronix Alarm response explanation

Hello,

I have an enforcer v10. Can someone explain what 'confirmed' means as an Alarm response?

I'm trying to get the following response for my 'Full Set' area:
Immediately on 'intruder' or 'tamper', all bells internal and external to sound, along with sending a message to my smartphone via the Pyronix App.

I currently have Area A (full set) starts at 'Digi', stops at 'Confirmed', but the external bell doesn't start immediately and the smartphone message didn't send.

Two separate devices need to be in alarm within the set time window for confirmed..
