Pyronix enforce alarm ...need help

I need help
My pyronix enforcer alarm system my mum entered the wrong code in on arrival but after silence the alarm
It says eng reset required and I've tried everything and cant find anything online so if anyone who has faced similar issues can help
...when I enter my code it says eng reset required and as soon as I press any other button all the lights on top alarm tamper and unset turn on and the a button turns red and the alarm make a internal beep sound and only when I press no it silences and goes back to time screen...
Please help

Is it a monitored system with a company ? If so you will have to contact them ….if not who installed it ?

It's not monitored...it's a local reputable alarm system company
