I had an Enforcer 32 WE v9.12 alarm system installed about 3 and half years ago in my house.
We've had a low battery fault come up for the front door sensor a week or so ago.
Managed to silence the warning beep from the panel by entering the master code.
But now I need to change the batteries.
The installer left me the Master code, but the default engineer's code in the manuals he left me does not work.
I have emailed them to request the engineer code but they are being very slow to respond.
Is changing the batteries something I can just do myself?, as it looks pretty straightforward.
And if I can do I need to put the panel into Engineer's mode to do it or can I do it without? Or will it set off tamper alarms I then can't reset?
