Pyronix Enforcer Keypad Menu (display blank)

Exploring my Enforcer I came across the Key Pad Menu..

The menu goes like this:

Language
Zone Status
Keyclick Vol
Master Vol
Tag ID
Factory Reset(----)
Backlight Force
PA/Fire Timer
Address (00)

I was trying to factory reset the system so I could set this up from scratch.

I entered the Factory Reset (----) and entered 2000.

I had the shock of my life when the siren alarmed, I could not get it to stop, after around 5mins it stopped by itself.

I found I could not get out of the Key Pad Menu no matter what buttons I pressed, unfortunately I have changed something in that menu and I've lost all the characters on my display, the backlight is fine, all buttons beep, but no characters, numbers or writing is displayed.

I'm struggling to find any user manual for the key pad menu.

Any help appreciated.

Press D enter 2000 and make sure he keypad address is 00 then press A

Absolutely spot on. The back light is on with no writing or digits, once D is pressed and held for 5 seconds 'Enter Security Code' which I entered 2000 and just like magic 'Address (01)' pops up and changed to (00) and were back up and running!!
